Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
- No. You can start a 14-day trial on any self-serve plan without entering payment details. When the trial ends, you will need a card on file to continue using Stratum.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to add a payment method. After payment succeeds, your plan activates immediately via webhook.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or change plans from the billing page or pricing page. Plan limits update as soon as your subscription reflects the new tier.
- How are API calls counted?
- Each successful request to your published Stratum API counts toward your monthly quota. Dashboard and internal calls do not use the public API meter in the same way — see docs for details.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Enterprise is tailored to your security, SSO, SLA, and procurement needs. Contact us for custom pricing and a deployment plan.
